Here’s a shot off my vehicle’s dash cam and it shows a pedestrian watching as a Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputy has stopped a vehicle here in Naples, Fla. The road is a highly-used, but low speed-limit artery and presents drivers in a hurry the chance to meet one of the CCSO’s finest. The 30 mph speed limit is routinely ignored on this stretch of road in North Naples and so is the frequent target of traffic operations.
