I don’t typically grill on a weekday before 6 p.m., but I did today (Sept. 23, 2024). It was a Monday and I was home and wanted to get these 10 “hot” Italian sausages from Johnsonville on the grill. So, I fired it up and did my grilling just before noon at our home here in Naples, Fla. Actually, with the glorious sun and our pool and patio area, it was more like a weekend day than a week day.
