Today is March 25 and it happens to be on a Tuesday here in 2025. What does this mean? It’s International Waffle Day! Having a waffle for breakfast is a treat and I usually only spoil myself with one on major holidays or when family visits! However, I pulled out the ingredients and hardware this morning at our home here in Naples, Fla., to make myself a waffle. I should have put in a little more batter (you can see the ragged edge of the waffle), but even an imperfect waffle is pretty darn good! Click here to see all my photos of waffles and most will be from our trips to Walt Disney World … (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
