OK, so making a grilled cheese sandwich isn’t a great accomplishment, but here’s my first effort using an air fryer! I certainly am not tee-vee sitcom’s “Marie Barone” and her “grilled cheese with bacon with the crust cut off,” but I believe it was a decent first effort (it tasted great!). I got a simple recipe off YouTube: butter one side each of two slices of bread; mayo on the other side; 3 slices of cheese; into the air fryer at 370 degrees for 4 minutes on first side and then flip and go 3 more minutes. I got this shot at our home here in Naples, Fla., today – Thursday, April 10, 2025. Next up? Add ham!
