We’ve been back on the usual summer track of afternoon (and some morning) rainfall here in Southwest Florida and here’s the view of one squall of showers after it passed. For our neighborhood in North Naples, it is more than welcome because we’ve been pretty dry through the past couple of summers. The rain in necessary for a variety of issues, including recharging aquifers as well as reducing the amount of water used in irrigation. I got this shot yesterday (Saturday, July 12, 2025) from the front yard of our home.
