I stopped by the Headquarters branch of the Collier County Public Library today (May 23, 2022) near our home here in Naples, Fla., and … bing! The battered SUV that has made an often-times home of the parking lot remains in it’s space! The vehicle comes and goes from the library parking lot, but remains a regular visitor to what appears to be its “reserved” spot.
