Sad tale of a pool company’s inefficiency

Here’s a photo that tells a sad story. We were having work done on our pool’s filter system. The pool company employee broke the handle on one of the valves. Did they fix it? No. Did they tell me it was broken? No. Did the employee just walk away, leave the broken handle on the ground and wait until I found it and called the company? Yes. Sorry tale to tell about our former pool company in Naples, Fla. Oh, this just happened early in April 2016.
