My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Blood Diamond.” Leonardo DiCaprio gives a powerful performance and you need to hang on tight because “Blood Diamond” is a disturbingly violent film that addresses the issue of diamonds used to finance war in Africa. “Blood Diamond” has just an impressive performance from Djimon Honsou, who, while relatively unknown, had earned an Oscar nomination prior to doing “Blood Diamond.” So, check out “Blood Diamond” if you haven’t or watch it again if you’ve seen it.
So, I’ve begun posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
