My alphabetical posting of suggested films continues today with “Weird Science.” Here’s one of the “Brat Pack” films from John Hughes and, while not as memorable as others, does carry the stamps of the genre: it’s fun; it’s watchable; and its youth-oriented view is unmistakable. In “Weird Science,” a couple of high schoolers, who are at the bottom of the teen pecking order, grow up by creating a woman with a computer. That’s about all you really have to know about “Weird Science” because I absolutely know you’ve seen the film. So, see it again!
I’m posting all my film reviews in alphabetical order and I’ve updated links and more on many of the reviews. Below is the link back to the full review.
