We’ve begun a “special” week that is fast falling from being necessary. Today, Sunday, March 2, 2025, is the first day of “Read an eBook Week!” Each year, the first full week of March is “Read an eBook Week” and while the special “week” began in 2004, eBooks have come to dominate the appetite for both casual and professional readers. Your favorite books are in electronic form and new works come out in an e-version sometimes ahead of print versions. So, there will never be any doubt that I’ll read an eBook during “Read an eBook Week.” In this photo you can see my three active e-readers: my iPhone with Kindle reader (upper left); my Kindle Paperwhite (upper right); and my Kindle Fire tablet with app (lying flat). With these readers, I have hundreds of books at my fingertips at all times! I got the shot at our house here in Naples, Fla., on March 2, 2025.
