Blooms not quite as exciting in ’20 for this ‘Golden Shower’ in Naples

I enjoy the view of this tree, but it’s a bit off this early summer season here in Naples, Fla. I got this shot of the tree – it might be anything from a peltophorum pterocarpum or even a cassia fistula (although that’s one unfortunately known as the “Golden Shower” tree, but, if this is one, then aptly monikered) – on June 25, 2020, during a lunch break. The blooms are beautiful, but a year ago I got a much better shot. Click here to view that one … (Remember: Click on the image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
