Watch It! “The Hot Rock” is a Robert Redford caper film with … well, several capers. Redford’s team of thieves in “The Hot Rock” are habitual criminals and now they’ve begun a quest for a huge diamond that’s become the habitual crime. “The Hot Rock” is really among Redford’s best, but, even at that, it is still quite watchable and Redford doesn’t ever made a terrible film. After Redford, the best actor in the film is the late, great George Segal. After that, you have a decent supporting cast for “The Hot Rock,” but no one who really stands out. OK, it’s time to find “The Hot Rock” and … Watch It!
