Naturally, experts won’t express any praise for the architecture across Walt Disney World (not much that WDW does earns acclaim from “experts”), but it certainly looks nice to my untrained eye. Here’s a shot I got while returning to Disney’s Yacht Club Resort on Sept. 8, 2023. We stayed at the resort for a five-day visit in September after a four-year absence from WDW. This view shows what you’ll see as you leave the back of the lobby of the Yacht Club and head to the dock for a boat or a short walk to the side entrance to EPCOT that is next to the Disney Skyliner depot. The topiary is, of course, of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse! The topiary moves as it did this day because of painting at the Yacht Club.
