Today (Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024), I’m showing you a great gift that I’ve been enjoying since Christmas: Truff Hotter Sauce. Folks know that I enjoy hot sauces, but one gift-giver this past Christmas came up with Truff Hotter Sauce. Wow! A truly wonderful hot sauce! It isn’t too hot such as those made with the Carolina Reaper pepper (it has Habanero); and it has a unique flavor because of the company’s use of black truffle and agave pepper. Truff Hotter Sauce is absolutely worth checking out. I got this shot this morning at our home here in Naples, Fla., as I cooked breakfast sausage … and the Truff sauce goes well on the patties.
