If you want a parking spot at the Headquarters branch of the Collier County Public Library, good luck! With early voting for the 2024 presidential election (and other offices and amendments), the joint parking lot for the HQ branch and the North Collier Government Center has been pretty much full since Monday morning. It is our Constitutional duty to vote and thereby choose the officials who will run our national, state and local governments, but it sure presents a headache for patrons of the HQ branch this week! Well, it will soon pass, as will the election. I got this shot this morning (Thursday, Oct. 24, 2024) here in Naples, Fla.
