Don’t look now, Gators! My beloved University of Florida Gators just defeated the Hurricanes of scUM (as we call the University of Miami athletics program) in a weekend series in baseball. The Gators took two of the three games, winning on Friday and Saturday (Feb. 28 and Mach 1, 2025, before losing Sunday’s contest). Here’s a shot of Gator “eyes” peeking out from the scrolling scoreboard at Condron Family Ballpark. My best friend and his wife were at the games and he got this shot on Saturday.
