OK, it’s July in Southwest Florida and that means it is: hot; it is hurricane season; it is hot; it is summer season; it is hot; and it’s ELECTION season! Yes, we just received our mail-in ballots for the 2026 primary election. We requested the mail-in ballots because we were unsure of our summer travel plans and didn’t want to risk missing to vote – we take our civic duty very seriously. I took this photo of our two ballots after I pulled them from our mailbox yesterday (Monday, July 13, 2026) at our home here in Naples. BTW: I used Photoshop to remove any identification information.
