We just had international Chicken Wing Day on July 1, 2026 (it’s an annual “holiday” each July 1), so for each July 29, we have national Chicken Wing Day! Yes, there are more than a single day each year to celebrate chicken wings! Since today is July 29, 2026, we’re celebrating the “national” day and each “Super Sunday” of each year’s Super Bowl, there is Super Chicken Wing Day. Whew! About national Chicken Wing Day from internet sources: “… the city of Buffalo, NY, in 1977 proclaimed July 29th to be National Chicken Wing Day.” Yet again, I’m using my photo from my blog in July 2025 to illustrate today’s national Chicken Wing Day.
