The price of regular-grade gasoline continues to fluctuate and I took photos of gasoline prices during yesterday morning’s visits (Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026) that took me to four different gas pumps near our home here in Naples, Fla. Yesterday’s prices were $4.129-per-gallon at Sam’s Club ($4.279 on May 7, 2026; $3.879 on April 6, 2026); $4.189 at Circle K ($4.589 on May 7, 2026; $4.259 on April 6, 2026); $4.199 at 7-Eleven/Mobil ($4.589 on May 7, 2026; did not note on April 6, 2026); and $4.119 at an Shell station (did not note on previous trips). Also, two of the stations (Circle K and the Shell station) had prices different on their curb signs than on the pumps.
