The price of regular-grade gasoline is posted outside all sites that sell it. However, the price on the pump isn’t always what you see on the sign! Here are examples of both a cheaper price on the sign and one that has a high price on the sign. All photos were taken yesterday (Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026) near our home in Naples, Fla., and the $4.189 at Circle K on the pump showed as $4.199 on the sign. At a Shell station, you would have seen $4.019 on the sign, but $4.119 on the pump. All photos were taken between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Note: I do not know if the signs later changed.
