Every May 6 is international No Diet Day (and this is Wednesday, May 6 in 2026). It’s a “holiday” that anyone and everyone should support! The “no diet” part is about objectifying or shaming about body types and is to remind everyone it is not an issue if you have a treat while maintaining a healthy presence and nutritious diet. I’ve put a collage of photos together of tasty no-diet fare: some pigs-in-a-blanket ready for the oven; a Reuben sandwich; fried “butterfly” shrimp; and to top it off, some Key Lime pie! I got all these shots at our home here in Naples, Fla., for my blog. (Remember: Click on the small image for a bigger version – then click on that one for the full-size photo.)
