I did a pre-dawn drive this morning (Thursday, May 28, 2026) and saw this beautiful color in the clouds. The sun hadn’t risen yet just after 6 a.m. when I took this photo with my iPhone while stopped at the intersection. The clouds were illuminated with the small amount of light coming from the east – I was facing west when I took the photo. You can also see the signature spire of the Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church on the right side of the photo.
