Errors extend to ‘Oz’ by the idiot calendar maker

Incomplete research is as much a problem for the idiot calendar maker as his or her general stupidity and lack of intelligence. Here’s a prime example on the Oct. 12, 2018, entry. It says it’s the 1938 anniversary day of the start of production on “The Wizard of Oz” film. Well, photography started on Oct. 13, not the 12th, and the movie had been in production with casting and other administrative duties for months. Bad or no research … a hallmark of these fools.
